It means our team oversees your build from start to finish without the need for you to worry about retaining outside architects, designers, project managers, or contractors. This will save you time and money.

1. Vison Development

During your initial consultation, you'll have the opportunity to meet with one of our designers. They will introduce you to Cobblestone, and our design approach. The consultation involves a comprehensive discussion about your space, covering your preferences, requirements, and what you specifically do not want. Additionally, your budget will be a key focal point during this conversation.

2. Design Presentation

Following the initial consultation, the designer will present a preliminary design that encompasses various elements. This presentation will include a 3D rendering of the proposed space, providing you with a visual representation of the envisioned design. Additionally, the designer will outline the scope of work involved and present the total investment required for the project. During this presentation, you'll have the opportunity to express your preferences and concerns regarding the design. The discussion will focus on what aspects you like and don't like, allowing for adjustments and refinements to align the design more closely with your vision. After the presentation, you'll have the option to proceed with the design development by entering into a design retainer agreement.

3. Design and Project Review

As we approach the concluding stages of your project, our team will focus on the final refinement to ensure every detail aligns seamlessly with your vision. If the agreement was not finalized during the design presentation, this stage provides an opportunity to sign the necessary documents and solidify our commitment to moving forward together. Additionally, we will work closely with you on the final materials selection. This step is crucial in bringing the design to life, and we aim to ensure that the chosen materials meet your expectations and contribute to the overall success of your project. Our dedication to these final refinements reflects our commitment to delivering a completed project that exceeds your expectations.

4. Production

Upon finalizing the design details, the next step in the process involves the creation of comprehensive construction documents. These documents serve as a detailed blueprint for the upcoming construction phase, ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously planned and executed. Following the completion of construction documents, a crucial walk-through is conducted with our production team. This step allows for a thorough review of the project's scope and specifications, fostering clear communication and understanding among the team members involved in the implementation.

5. Build Your Vision

Once all preparations are in place, construction on your project commences. Throughout the construction phase, you can expect regular communication and updates from your dedicated production team. Weekly check-ins ensure that you are well-informed about the progress of the project, providing an opportunity for any necessary adjustments or feedback. Upon the completion of construction, a final walk-through will be conducted to ensure that every detail meets your satisfaction. This step allows you to review the completed work and address any remaining considerations.
