The first floor remodel consisted of taking down the wall between the dining room and kitchen to create an open concept. Light gray cabinetry, marbled quartz, and lux gold details in the kitchen. The floors started as a golden oak and they were refinished to this rich walnut stain. The once lackluster fireplace was recreated with wainscot detailing to create a tailored, sophisticated feel to separate the dining room from the living room.
